As a 501c3 non-profit organization, Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center truly appreciates any donations that we receive. These donations are set aside in a special fund and are used outside of the normal operations budget.
To make the donation process as easy as possible, we are creating an online donation link on our website. Online payments can be made one time or set up to be recurring. Receipts will be available right away after the donation is made.
Donations will also continue to be accepted via mail. Donations can be sent by mail to Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center, S830 Westland Drive, Spring Valley, WI 54767.
