My name is Julie Chollett and I am the new Director of Assisted Living Services at Valley Villas.
I have many years of experience in healthcare for the senior population. My first job was at a nursing home as a certified nursing assistant. I fell in love with the job and residents and developed passion for helping the senior community.
I have also worked as a trained medication administrator, activity director, assistant manager of assisted living and memory care, and Valley Villas is the third assisted living facility of which I am the director.
I grew up on a farm in Ellsworth, WI and graduated from Ellsworth High School. I moved to the Twin Cities after school, married and had 4 children, a son and three daughters. I convinced my husband to move back to Ellsworth almost 20 years ago so our kids could grow up in a small town. We have also been blessed with three grandchildren who bring us more joy then I could have ever imagined!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Camping, boating and being on the golf course are some of my favorite activities.
I look forward to establishing new connections and building relationships with Valley Villa residents, families and the community of Spring Valley.
