My family has been nothing but pleased and impressed with the care that our mom received while a resident, she lived four years in Valley Villas and then the care center for the past four years. The staff has always gone out of their way to be helpful and attentive to her needs. Mom was always taken over to Valley Villas for her noon meal by a staff member. I cannot stress enough what this meant to her…she suffered a debilitating stroke and yet was treated with kindness and compassion by your staff and allowed her to live her life to the level she could. So many helpful and caring staff members. I have thanked many of them…that daily do a job they aren’t paid enough for, it just comes from their hearts. You have a beautiful facility with so many caring employees, it reflects well on you. Thanks.
It is a wonderful nursing home and assisted living facility. Absolutely give it an A+ in everything.
I lived there for 18 months and absolutely loved it! The staff felt like family and I was treated with dignity and compassion. Will look forward to going back if the need arises!
My mom was a resident three different times at the care facility over the course of four years – twice for transitional care – and then eventually to live out her last days. Our family thought that her care was exceptional. It was hard not having her in her own home but this was the best possible place to be if she couldn’t be at home. The staff was kind, dedicated and knowledgeable. They made a difficult time in my mom’s and her family’s lives less awful.
This is an awesome place and they also have an awesome staff! They take such good care of everyone!
My aunt is a resident and our family has been very pleased with her care. She is happy and enjoys the staff. When we visit, the staff is always very pleasant and very helpful. She was not married and has no children, so her five nieces and her sister are her family, but being in the SV home has increased her family. They are all so kind and caring. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, pleasant home to live in.
I could have never asked for a better place for our mother to spend her last days. I never had to worry about if she would be fed,clothed,entertained,bathed or loved. It is so obvious when you enter into the SVHCC that the employees and volunteers are gifted in what they do, they love our family like we do.
I thank the SVHCC for the years of great care and Love they gave our Mother. We are truly blessed having you in our community.
My care there could not have been better. It was a smooth transition. I was warmly welcomed and all preparations for my stay were in place as I settled into my room. The nurses and staff couldn’t do enough to take care of my needs. I felt as comfortable as possible. The physical environment was great -noise level at a minimum. Someone was always available if I needed help or assistance any time of the day.
